Hello, my fellow snail‑mail lovers! Join the Wanderleaf Mail Club, a community for everyone who wants to invite a little more whimsy into their life and is enchanted by the idea of holding a real old‑fashioned letter in their hands — delivered right to your doorstep every month 🐌✨

You will receive a season‑themed bundle that includes:

1. An illustrated letter, part reflection and inspiration for the new season, and part news and updates from my creative world
2. A lovingly crafted postcard (13.5 cm × 13.5 cm)
3. Two whimsical vinyl stickers
4. A little surprise, which will be different every month

Subscription: All the mail for the current month is sent out in the last week of the month.

Subscriptions for the current month’s letter are open until the 20th of the month (e.g., to receive the September letter, you need to subscribe by September 20).

Welcome to the Wanderleaf Mail Club! By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your monthly snail‑mail deliveries.

1. Monthly Subscription & Deliveries

Your active subscription guarantees one illustrated snail‑mail bundle per month. Each bundle includes the items described above.

All letters for a given month are sent out during the last week of that month.

2. Subscription Deadline for the Current Month

To receive the mail bundle for the current month, you must subscribe before the 20th of that month. Example: To receive the September letter, you must subscribe by September 20. Subscriptions made after the last day will begin with the next month’s letter.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel before the 20th of the current month, you will still receive the letter for that month, but no future letters will be sent.

Cancellations made after the monthly deadline apply in the same way to the following month.

4. Accidental Subscriptions

If you subscribed by mistake, please contact me immediately at xenia.illustrate@gmail.com. I will cancel your subscription right away and help resolve the issue.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All letters are sent via regular postal mail (no tracking available). Delivery times vary by country and may take from a few days to several weeks, especially during holiday periods.

6. Changes to the Service

I reserve the right to update or modify the Mail Club content, schedule, or terms. Any significant changes will be announced in advance.
