Sending Profile
At check-out please make sure you choose the correct SENDING PROFILE. Currently postal costs are applied to two groups of products: 1. Printed Products and 2. Original hand-crafted & hand-painted items. If your purchase includes any of the hand-made items, please, choose the second profile, even if printed products are also added to your basket. Original artwork and hand-made products should be sent with better packaging and with tracking information, while printed products are sent via regular mailbox. If you choose the wrong profile and additional postal costs need to be applied, I'll contact you via email.
Delivery Services & Dates
I send all the packages via Dutch postal services PostNL. The approximate delivery dates are taken from PostNL International delivery times for Post and Parcels guide. Unfortunately, during the holiday seasons delays are possible. Please, be patient and contact me if you experience any problems.
Track & Trace
Smaller orders (printed products) are sent WITHOUT Track & Trace in order to reduce postal costs.
All the original paintings and hand-crafted items are sent with Track and Trace.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations
I accept cancellations if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Packaging
I try to reduce the use of plastic in my packages, so I stopped using individual plastic bags for postcards. All the printed products are wrapped in paper. However, I may still use one plastic bag per order to secure all the items you purchased from possible damages during the transportation.
Gift Wrappings
I pack all the orders with love and care, trying to keep the packaging both nice and practical. But if you want to make it extra special and give as a present to your loved ones, please, let me know and I'll make a holiday package for you. No extra costs will be charged.
