What sending profile should I choose?

At checkout, please make sure you select the correct Sending Profile. Currently, postal costs apply to two groups of products:

  1. Printed Products
  2. Original hand‑crafted & hand‑painted items

If your purchase includes any hand‑made items, please choose the second profile, even if printed products are also in your basket. Original artwork and hand‑made products require sturdier packaging and include tracking, while printed products are sent via regular mailbox.

If the wrong profile is selected and additional postal costs are required, I will contact you via email.

What delivery services do you use?

All packages are shipped via the Dutch postal service PostNL.

How long should I wait for my delivery?

During holiday seasons, delays may occur due to high postal volumes. We kindly ask for your patience. Please contact us if you experience any issues tracking or receiving your parcel.

Do I get a Track & Trace link?

We try to send most packages with Track & Trace. However, smaller orders within the EU are usually sent without Track & Trace.

All original paintings, hand‑crafted items, and all overseas orders are shipped with Track & Trace.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

For the United States, tariffs are included in the postal price because PostNL ships US parcels with delivery duty paid.

Buyers from all other countries are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Are cancellations possible?

Yes, we accept cancellations if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

What packaging do you use?

We aim to reduce plastic use in our packaging. We no longer use individual plastic bags for postcards; all printed products are wrapped in paper. However, for overseas orders, we may use one plastic bag per order to protect items during transport.

Can I request gift wrapping or a signed card to send my order as a present?

We pack all orders with care, keeping the packaging both attractive and practical. If you would like your order wrapped as a gift or want to include a signed card, please leave a note with your order. We will prepare a festive package for you at no extra cost.
