Q: Can I request changes to the artwork?
Yes—I'm happy to make changes during the sketch approval stage. Once the sketch is approved and I begin painting with watercolors, no further changes can be made.
Q: Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, I require a 50% advance payment to confirm your commission. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the artwork.
Q: Can I use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes?
If you'd like to use your commissioned artwork on merchandise or for business purposes (such as a website or social media), please let me know in advance. Commercial use will involve a higher rate, and I kindly request that my watermark remains visible when sharing the artwork online. I’ll provide a digital version of your piece with a watermark for these purposes.
Q: What do I receive when the artwork is complete?
You'll receive:
• The original watercolor painting
• A high-quality digital version (scanned, edited, and watermarked)
